Pros

The only pros I could find was that I added in my CV working for highly recognized clients/accounts and the salary as a contractor (without any benefits)

Cons

-Long working hours and zero flexibility. -No interaction with the other Resource Solutions staff apart from your team -Very bad planning and organization. -Enormous and heavy administration processes. -Little interaction with the client, everything has to go through the manager. -Poor team spirit an unequal treatment between team members. -No work recognition or support. -Constantly monitored on the work produced. -Promoting drinking alcohol during working hours, storing and distributing alcohol in the office by the manager. -Managers poorly experienced. -Poor communication from the management to the team. -Management often absent from the office. -Management putting unnecessary pressure on team members. -Very loud office, feels like being in a call center. -No support from the manager. -The communications style used by the managers affecting the team members resulting in high pressure, poor self-confidence and anxiety. -Managers promising the clients unachievable targets in very short time. -No market mapping done before starting the project.

Pros

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers

Cons

Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers
