Welcoming environment with good amount of learning opportunities. Good collaboration with colleagues. Above average company for fresh grads with good amount of benefits and compensation in general.
Cons
Limited career progression under the GSC unlike those in the front office. Intended job responsibilities are different from the actual. Manpower is not congruent with the amount of workload considering the different countries they are currently supporting. Limiting engagements within the team to improve camaraderie and collaboration. Limited engagement for the entire company as a whole.
