      Team work culture. Fair treatment. Accept differences. People focus. Quality focus. Strong database pool. Excellent training, very structure, very clear on KPI. Truly care all all stakeholders, clients, candidates and their employees.

      Cons

      Bonus is discretionary. Suitable for people who cares overall benefits of working in a culture, company that cares about people and innovation, not just money. Money is good when you are doing well. And not good when you are not performing which is the same everywhere in sales.

      The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers

      Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers
