Pros
I loved my job as the store manager! I was able to start as an associate and move all the way up to the store manager. The company offered nice benefits and bonuses. I was given lots of freedom inside the store and was able to set up the layout in a new way. Enjoyed most of my coworkers.
Cons
The pay was some of the lowest anywhere for a Store Manager. Lots of back-stabbing and high turn-over rate for employees. Lots of theft and underhanded things going on from the store level all the way up to the Main Office.
