The store is in a free fall since new management took over. An extraordinary number of associates, Managers, Sales, Furniture, Stockroom, full-time, part-time, have quit in the 8 months since new management started. Morale is at an all-time low. There is no organization or leadership by managers to improve processes, train or organize staff. There is blatant favoritism which never existed before. It's sad how the store is falling apart and the higher ups should take notice that it effects the bottom line with lost sales and lost inventory and worker's comp because of accidents in the stockroom.
