Company no longer promotes from within and so are left with a management staff that have no clue what they are doing.
Very low morale amongst the staff who are not recognized except for how many credit cards they open.
Not enough staff for the work that is expected of them...management offers no help other than to delegate more work to people who are already doing the work of 3 or more associates. Pay is very low in relation to the expected amount of work.
Micromanaging of associates by management who have no idea of what these associates do or how they do it.
