Pros

Good environment for learning a lot of different things, technology-wise. Also unique in always having a focus on business and business interests. It's fun and informative to be included in those conversations.

Cons

It seems hard to break through to the upper level unless you put in extra hours. Seems like there's more focus on changing up the process every couple of weeks than actually getting the work done.

Pros

Fairly flat organization that is still growing -- offers the potential to customize any position or to create new ones. The team is very collaborative in nature - there are always people you can pull into any effort in which you involved. Leadership genuinely tries to understand the needs of pretty much everyone and has a very accessible style. Everyone has the chance to meet and spend time anyone right up to the CEO. Great perks and day to day culture. At the end of the day best thing about Emma is the opportunity available to mostly everyone.

Cons

Might seem a little messy to some people -- not a whole lot of super formal structure -- which can make some people uneasy.
