Pros
Good environment for learning a lot of different things, technology-wise. Also unique in always having a focus on business and business interests. It's fun and informative to be included in those conversations.
Cons
It seems hard to break through to the upper level unless you put in extra hours. Seems like there's more focus on changing up the process every couple of weeks than actually getting the work done.
