Young and multicultural environment with smart people

Cons

They laid off people after hiring them because they didn't have to pay them compensation. The company is always restructuring, the management lacks an understanding of the business and doesn't care about the people. Stay away if you want long-term employment with the opportunity for growth in a company that has a clear business plan.

Cons

Company calls itself start up and international while it is true to some extent, there are some serious issues in company managmenT. Few unqualified people are trying to control things which they dont understand creating lotof confusion and stop for the growth
