Worst work experience. Very toxic company.

Pros

It's good if you are starting your career, as they give you a lot of ownership and you end up doing multiple tasks at the same time, giving you an overview of different areas. Or if you want a very 9-5 job, where you have to execute more than think. Either way, the cons definitely don't compensate the pros.

Cons

- Considering the company size, it doesn't have good salaries and benefits, and at the same time you will not learn and grow much, if you already had a more senior experience. - If you like innovation, this is not for you. Even though they have quality products, they aren't a tech company, either in processes or in their products. - The value they claim they have (the DNA), are not truly lived by the organization - Veeeery political company - Very poor management. Most of leaders are very young with a lack of management skills, so they are not able of mentoring you. Also, more than one person have been humiliated by their bosses or other managers. - Lack of synergy among teams. - Toxic environment. Competitive, but not in a good way. Hard to know on who you can trust. Very inhumane treatment, as you were an object that they can use it and then replace it. - There's not a proper onboarding, making you feel lost per months. - No strategy, they act like fire fighters all the time, thus, it's not a sustainable company in the long-term. - A lot and big problems of logistics, globally. - Its a very sales oriented company, more like a FMCG than an e-commerce, and willing to sacrifice the well being of their workers and even the experience of the client. - No structure or processes, anyone does things as they want and can. - Processes are very inefficient as they don't count with proper softwares, to for example, analyze data. This makes the work very operational, inefficient, repetitive and boring, even if you are a manager, thus, giving you a lack of space to create strategies or innovate.

Pros

- You get a huge amount of experience and you learn and grow very fast potentially - you can learn a lot within and outside of your team - people are usually approachable in terms of collaboration

Cons

- poor leadership skills of many leaders - lack of decent pay and recognition for high qualified workers - lack of basic skills of HR/PO personnel - if you are ambitious, confident and a woman at the same time, you will be reminded very often about your "aggressive"/"arrogant" attitude that is normality among men peers never being reminded for the same (if you are a woman, you might experience gender biases in many situations)
