      Employees don’t matter Numbers and revenues are the only thing that matters Chaotic Bad business strategy Try to cut costs in a dumb way Have no view of the future All decisions are made from the upper level Lay-offs are very frequent and they give no warning before it. They lay you off on the spot. Very unstable and not profitable company

      - Good and transparent management - Good environement between all the coworkers - People from all parts of the world allowing a much richer experience - Good work conditions - Good balance between personal and profissional life

      - Obligation on going to the office certain days in a time when everyone is realizing that is much better to be able to choose - Too many meetings/calls
