Good learning opportunity, no guidance and limited fairness
Pros
-Opportunities to learn from different areas (easy to change teams and scope) -Young environment -People - amazing people -great company to kick start your career with fair compensation for Lisbon standards. -liberty to implement your ideas
Cons
-Lack of accountability/synergies - too many teams without synergy (country teams with too much work, global teams with too much capacity and low impact) which also brings the question of work life balance based on the team you are in -Lack of strategy - short term orientation, no real marketing vision (purely sales driven). -Fairness - you are evaluated based on pillars outside of strict revenue impact (which is good) but opens ambiguity on growing people. -Some people get promoted and you have no idea why, some don’t get and no one understands either. Seems like being too outspoken (even without perceived added value) and “challenging” is the criteria to grow. -No customer centricity: I don’t foresee a good outlook for the next 6 months because of this point -Lack of guidance: very young company, most people worked either always in Emma or saw 1 other reality, so it’s hard to implement strategic new ideas or have guidance when you want to build one
