Pros

They give you the freedom to shape your own career path and you can easily explore different roles. If you're up for a career change, this is the place for you. The company attracts nice people who you can laugh with and has great social events.

Cons

If you're considering joining Emma, be aware that this company has a track record of misleading prospective employees about the working conditions they can expect. Ask for their employee retention rate. Many people in leadership positions are inexperienced and seem oblivious to their own incompetence. The emphasis is not on producing meaningful work but rather on creating an illusion of success. Colleagues are pitted against each other and there's a battle-like atmosphere between the different teams. The company is wasting talent.

Pros

Communications with the recruitment team were very prompt

Cons

I have never come across a more un-structured interview style than at Emma. They asked the same questions again and again over an Friday afternoon, which were already asked to me in the first interview. I didnt meet anyone from the Product Marketing team/line manager all the three interviews which were conducted, neither they were able to give me an overview about the job.
