      Pets friendly. International working environment.

      95% chance that you work without proper guidance. No one is there to guide you, you are on your own even when you have a team lead. No one is an expert in their position (except the IT and Data team), so you can't really learn professional knowledge or grow vertically in your field. Salary is always lower than the median. No bonus or precise promotion mechanism means that you might never get a fair promotion because there are no criteria to benchmark. The current management levels are full of people without clear visions, meaning that most of your work might go nowhere in the end because they constantly change their strategy.

      Office politic is everything. Good for students not for professionals

      nice office. convenient location. relaxed environment.

      Cons

      there are a lot of students and interns who are happy to work with low pay and want to show their passion regardless of their capacity or ability, which does not help much for real work. Team leaders are very busy with office politics or trying to show off their ideas (only ideas and actions are being taken by cheap labor interns). There are frequent changes in org chart according to office politics. For those who look for a start-up company, this is certainly not a start-up. If you don't speak German and are not good at politics, avoid...

      The people are nice and supportive

      Cons

      Your future is never safe. Toxic environment with long uncompensated extra hours, too money hungry at the expense of their own employees and customers, and really high turnover rate. Overall a very unfair environment and if it's not an absolute last resort don't even consider working there voluntarily.
