- Lots of growth opportunities - For the ones that have a entrepreneur mindset, Emma is a great place to be! - Young vibes, cool office and perks - Several challenges to be tackled - CE team is full of caring, responsible & nice people

Cons

- Onboarding process was a bit unstructured - Company is still working towards organization - I feel that there's a general lack of accountability of topics. It's really hard to understand who is responsible for what
