Pros

Pros: Less risk. If you own a company and it’s not doing well, you won’t make money, in fact you may even lose money. If you work for a company, your salary is guaranteed regardless of the company’s performance. No outlay. You pay nothing to work for a company. You have access to good training, promotion opportunities and the benefits of all the company’s experiences. A guaranteed salary every month, pension scheme etc. You get to try out your ideas risk-free. You can clock out when your shift ends.

Cons

Cons: Your income is capped. You’re only paid the salary that you agreed on when you accepted the job. If your idea results in a massive windfall for the company, you get none of it. You have to take orders from a boss. If you had your own company, you make all the decisions.

Emma is a good place to grow and get more experienced. People a valued. Good place to work. Dynamic and open minded.

Cons

Salaries are okay even though they are bot the highest in the market but you can grow fast and get much experience.
