      Pros

      The application process was quick and smooth. Will not lie and say it's an easy application process, but it really challenges you to be in your A-game during all its phases. The whole process was very clear and precise.

      Cons

      None really for me but maybe it would be nice to have a heads up if there is anything to prepare for the interviews or follow up confirmation of the schedules.
