Pros

Work life balance, Pay, Time off, there are some great people that work there.

Cons

Lack of resources, Lack of direction, Personalities, Hidden agendas, uneven treatment, unsafe activities by operators, uneven treatment of employees on all levels (saw regularly at Tyler location), management takes advantage of the good people here and does not support the night shift whatsoever. They talk a good game about safety, but there are ridiculously unsafe behaviors (fork lift operation). This place wants to change for the better but is unwilling to do so, because it's work.

poor area manager management skills

Free company car , good health benefit.

Cons

no life-work balance, not paid weekend schedules , no over time, extra work load every turn. employee favoritism in place when stakes are high . promotions were done by friendship bases not actual who deserve it . if you want to take vacation you have to beg your co-worker to cover you, upper management won't help you setup.

Easy job, free snacks, discounts on product.

Cons

No feedback from leadership. ZERO leadership presence on the floor. Zero gratification from the actual work. Your basically an operator taking messages and orders all day. Mind numbingly boring job that makes time seemingly go backwards. You are forced to go to the downtown location half of your first 2 days and have to pay for parking to be shown something that should easily be done at the home location.
