Pros

Billion dollar company with room to grow

Cons

For such a large company, the structure is very poor. Admins are expected to support at least 2 CAM’s, which would be ok if it weren’t for the poor structure and red tape that constantly prevents us from completing tasks and taking care of our customers in a timely manner. Supporting 2 + CAM’s with large books of business is very demanding and comes with a heavy workload that is impossible for one person to complete when absolutely no overtime is permitted and you’re doing not only your job, but researching and gathering information that other departments are responsible for, yet the structure is so poor, you’re left with no choice. We work so hard, and barely have time to grab a cup of coffee, or take a lunch, yet our work often goes unappreciated because there’s so much on our plates we can never do enough. Being an Admin is one of the most stessful positions in any company, but I’ve never seen such a large corporation who couldn’t get it together and have such poor policies and procedures that it prevents us from delivering the service we promise our customers. I’m not alone in this. Every Admin I know would go elsewhere if they weren’t afraid of change. No one is happy in their jobs, which makes for a toxic environment.

Cons

Bad management, bad working conditions, Very bad safety record! Poor relations between management and the union! Union is a waste of time! Company does not care about employees what so ever. work culture is the worst I have ever seen plus the working conditions are so horrible it will effect your health for sure. Ask lots of questions if you make the mistake and go to a interview.
