Pros

Left to yourself to work.

Cons

Poor pay, poor communication, new working practices brought in without consulting the workforce, very little respect for the workforce. I was sacked for trying to bring the union in so we would have some sort of representation. This is how they work. They seem to forget that it's the guys on the ground who bring the money in. Terrible company if you have an opinion or don't like being trodden on. Avoid, if you have any sense.

Pros

Zero zero run away as fast as possible. They lie to you

Cons

Called HR to report manager was fudging numbers even gave them proof of manager giving orders to us to place unapproved customer orders and then return them the next month just so he could make his quarterly goals. Was asked to meet my boss so he could pick up a part. They fired me in the parking lot in the rain had to wait for a ride was 50 miles from home.

Pros

At first it seems to be a great place to work. The company seems to be performing very well with a lot of growth. It seems that there is a lot of opportunity of career development.

Cons

Merger of Nalco and Champion business increases overall profitability. However, the workload is still the same as there is not much growth in the oilfield sector. Lack of career advancement due to too few product lines. Lack of accountability for projects. Projects are only given to staff who have worked more than 3 years with the company. Disgusting team mates who goes all out to outcast new members because of job insecurity. Management do not value people who put in effort in their work. Office politics is highly intense. Absolute dishonesty of leadership when faced with being in the wrong, or when faced with any type of difficult situation. Cover up their mistake to protect their bonuses.
