      Pros

      Duo is an amazing place to work, You will work on projects no one else has ever attempted. Be part of a crazy rocket ship of growth and success. Work with amazing brilliant people who actually care about others. Learn new things every day and grow yourself. Have a CEO who I know will not only read these posts, but also publicly respond and take feedback seriously! Dug Song++ Also the coffee situation is top notch.

      Cons

      Duo is not for everyone, If you are motivated by ego, power or riding others successes. Duo will be a struggle for you I have seen many fail based on these three things. Even though Duo doesn't hire a**holes, sometime we do unintentionally. Dealing with the aftermath is hard, and takes focus away from more important things.

      Pros

      I am challenged day in and out to learn something new. I am stretched with new conversations and learnings between internal teams as well as adapting to a continually growing customer base with unique and ever changing needs! The best part is everyone at Duo is so willing to help and encourage your success.

      Cons

      The quick growth results in constant changes and sometimes a lack of clarity, although this isn't always necessarily a con if you are comfortable in that type of environment.

      management change every six months. New leadership coming in from California and they are replacing with A2 employees with remote workers and California
