Pros

Professional work place. Practices Respect and Responsibility at most levels. Advancement opportunities depending on position. Would consider other opportunities with them. Great benefits for older employees grandfathered in, less for newer employees.

Cons

Too many processes, too much red tape to accomplish certain goals. Guess what one might expect with such a large company. Management prides themselves as a flat organization but still too many levels of managers. Tata Business Services, poor management idea.

They pay their interns $25/hr (engineering interns only, I believe) -Very easy work -No other really pros

Cons

If you have the least amount of intelligence and hope for intellectually stimulating work as an intern, this is not the place

Pros

Great safety culture. Diverse opportunities within engineering and manufacturing. Senior members who have held roles for an extended period of time are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

Evaluation system is something that seems typical for a large company. Doing a great job in your core role does not mean that you will be achieve a good ranking at the end of the year. Leadership does a poor job explaining how to do better. Role jumping is the structure for advancement in the company which does not appear to create strong experience. Layoffs are occurring from upper management without consultation of team members.
