      Decent pay if you have been around awhile Good benefits

      Cons

      Absolutely NO leadership exists at this company. Senior leaders are dictators. Reorganization and headcount slashing takes place often without rhyme or reason. No accountability exists for the executives. Forced ranking is demotivating. Morale among many of the businesses is at an all-time low.
