The people are awesome. The environment is very open and you can move around if you don't like your current role. Lots of opportunity if you work hard.

Cons

The CEO has made several very bad decsions. The pay is good but not competitive in the Gulf Coast. The performance mangement process for degreed people causes some moral issues.
