I could ramble on about how terrible the place is, from a crony-istic culture to a downright demotivating environment. That place reeks of negative competition and gossip. If you want to say goodbye to your ambition and identity, I dare you to press 'apply'. Their training plans are a joke, with their so-called 'progression' being superficial, unless you wait in line or suck up to someone above, but the 'game is the game'. I am not surprised how terrible their employee retention rate is; it's a revolving door, one in and one out, and certainly anyone with a single brain cell knows it is not worth wasting your mental and emotional self in that God-forsaken place. The pay is below industry standard, and yet they report YoY revenue increases, because they cut the 'costs' by underpaying their employees, yet make them work like dogs. Shame on this company! I know the sentiment remains the same across the company, yet no one wants to speak about it; they are all muzzled and sedated
