Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with some unpleasant management. Shouting, swearing, belittling, condescending, terrible miserable attitude, physically chucked things at me, attempted to message me on dating apps while both of us still at the company (to name a few, I could genuinely go on) You will be worked like a dog 11/12 hours a day and shamed if you leave before 7pm earliest Felt disappointed as I did envision myself spending my career at dexters but felt very let down by behaviour that was allowed by certain directors. They know there won’t be any consequences so feel they can treat staff to suit their egos, I witnessed a lot of bullying. Others I met have been lovely and may have been different but I was dealt a bad hand and ultimately put off the company. Did not feel believed or have confidence that I could speak up without punishment so chose to leave.
