The whole set up is disgusting. Nobody cares for you and there is no proper structure. Management have poor communication amongst themselves let alone to everyone else

> Easy to get in > Good way to start a career in sales > Company is aggressively growing which presents opportunities for employees

Cons

> Poor management > Poor pay comparative to the industry > Widespread misogyny (not a single male admin in any of their front offices) > Racism amongst staff not taken seriously > £20 for every val booked but nothing if you bank actual fees. > Long hours: 8.30AM till 6PM > Would warn readers to be wary of reviews on this page and notice any patterns.
