The company cares little about the staff and care even less about new starters. The benefits are non-existent, there is no support system for the staff or praise for hard work.The culture is a little toxic and not a healthy working environment. I have seen SO many people leave and more so now than ever. The company also actively stay away from technology and are so far behind the competition its unbelievable.
