      Some team members are nice.

      Cons

      VERY low pay. Not flexible with doctor appointments. Get mad when you have a sick day. Like being back at school. I am so glad to be out of there after 4 lon years!

      Honeslty.. not much other than a Christmas and summer party

      KPI focused only, even though every piece of data you record isn’t relevant in the business of people. You are just a number. Bully mindset from people who are under qualified in people management and risen to their positions through length of service rather than qualifications. A lot of the MDs are uneducated and still operate on that “cheeky” estate agency mindset, refusing to move with the times. No flexibility or understanding.. there is clearly a push to sell the company and go public, because that’s the only reason I can see why it’s being run the way it’s run.

      Dexters north London is a boys club they tell inappropriate racist and sexist jokes. Sexualise women speak about them in a derogatory manner have no respect whatsoever very vile behaviour
