      Overworked is an understatement

      None. One of the worst jobs i've ever had

      Cons

      Everyone is overworked and under appreciated, I have never seen such a high staff turnover in any company such as Dexters. I was there for 11 months and in that time, everyone in my office had left. No such thing as pay rises and they are experts and dangling the carrot to keep people motivated.

      Worst Company To Work for

      there are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      if you are lucky enough to have a branch manager above the age of 25 you've done well, the company is full of liars and snakes. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to work at this horrible company. The pay is low, the hours are long and the people are horrible, I wouldn't trust anything any of them say. If I could put no stars for 'overall rating' I would have.

      Pros

      Some lovely people and met great friends. Easy to get a job here - far happier after leaving.

      Cons

      Manager was neurotic and would regularly get personally offensive when stressed. Sick pay was seen as a reward and directors would expect to be thanked for providing it to you. I was told there was “nothing wrong with my legs” and forced to come in to give a handover for one days sick leave. Zero flexibility- 8:30 at your desk 5:30 leave.
