The company lacks moral and support. They often cross lines that are not ok and show very little support if you were to fall ill, have to quarantine , are being furloughed, feel unsafe working due to Covid or are unable to work for any other reason. 2020 left many employees struggling due to lack of financial support. They are also very formal in their way of thinking and do not like people who thinks outside the box, not very forward thinking and very set in their ways. Worst of all is who they chose to be their authorities, these people are often bullies who have got to where they are by long term commitment to the company, not by being good leaders. People with low moral and who are unfortunately abusing their power.

The company mainly focused on making money rather than its Employees. They say you are the boss of your business when in reality dont want you to have an opinion and just follow processes.
