Promoted for time there as opposed to ability Fall in line with the dexters way or they'll make your life difficult Zero flexibilty or compassion Find ways to not pay commission Guilt trip days off Was told I had to be in the day after surgery or would face disciplinary action Was told I wasnt going to be paid final months commission when I handed in notice and was expected to work as if I was
