Pros

This company started off with great leaders and then it became greedy. Then, one-by-one upper management started hiring poor leaders to take out the great leaders (like a virus) and all for doing a good job. Then, the CEO/CFO became confused and allowed Middle Management to do his job. His team of Middle Management leaders were introduced to a book called: "Middle Management: Techniques from the Roman Empire" and we all know how this book ends. Actually, the book was called "Emotional Intelligence 2.0" and Middle management misinterprets this book and then uses it as an SOP. This book is a good book but not an SOP. Honestly, if you have to manage a team of workers based out of a book...then you shouldn't be a leader! This book is a Resource of "suggestions" not a SOP.

Cons

Everything from top to bottom. This company doesn't care that its failing.

Pros

Life-saving product. Great people to work with. You truly are making a difference in someone’s life. If you would like to pursue sales as a career, this will set the foundation for it.

Cons

This department is a sick joke. I wish I was more articulate but honestly no words can convey how terrible this department is. The supervisors are complacent and glorified babysitters. Any feedback or suggestions regarding process improvement (HELLO, WE ARE THE ONES DOING THE JOB, MIGHT BE HELPFUL TO LISTEN TO US?!) get shut down by upper management. They opened up a second location to support the customer base, only to lay them off. These are people who sat through the hell of a year that 2018 was. They sat through your back order issues. They sat through getting underpaid for HITTING THEIR GOAL. They sat through you making them take Customer Service calls over their own primary responsibilities in which they were hired for! There are no opportunities for advancement or growth. Training is the bare minimum. They really do want mindless robots working for them in Inside Sales which is why salary and commission is below market. Please be aware I was a good employee who did very well here; I advise to not take this advice lightly. Avoid employment for the Inside Sales department if possible.
