Top down culture of devotion to our patients and their caregivers. Building products, services and partnerships dedicated to helping people manage their diabetes. Patient safety and compassion is at the core of all we do and there is both vertical and horizontal alignment on corporate goals and vision.
Cons
Expectation to constantly produce, improve and expand our capabilities along with a drive toward global expansion leaves little time address tech debt, process inefficiencies and employee development and enrichment. Work - life balance is very out of alignment.
