      Pros

      Very generous company to work for. Always providing snacks,or cooking when we work overtime. Bonus gift cards when you work a month with absents or being late. Fun drawing for gift cards just an over all awarding company to work for.

      Cons

      The location I work for has a point system that your given 12points to start with at day one loose a point when you miss a day but when you use up the 12points your terminated.

      Pros

      Interesting and advanced robot technology. Global organisation with presence on many markets. Long company history with a market leading position. Postive outlook for growth in developing countries. Innovative work environment. Unusual office surroundings with own dairy farm.

      Cons

      A bit old fashioned in some methods, To much focus on processes rather than contents which makes development too slow sometimes. Silo organisation that needs improvements in "whole perspective" ways of working. Bad geographical location of the HQ, far from the city. Fairly worn and boring office building.
