Pros
Very generous company to work for. Always providing snacks,or cooking when we work overtime. Bonus gift cards when you work a month with absents or being late. Fun drawing for gift cards just an over all awarding company to work for.
Cons
The location I work for has a point system that your given 12points to start with at day one loose a point when you miss a day but when you use up the 12points your terminated.
