Very hard job, both physically demanding and emotionally draining.

Pros

The pay was pretty good, but it was one of the hardest jobs I have every had. Really makes a difference who you work with and upper management. Very supportive customer service at home office to help deal with customer issues.

Cons

Hard to keep staff, much turnover due to high pressure sales and goals. Customers for the most part were extremely needed and many times rude and difficult to deal with due to nature of business. Long hours and emotionally exhausting.

Pros

Working at David's was good mostly because of the employees. Working with your peers made it easy and enjoyable. Its also exciting to help someone plan out such an important part of their wedding. You meet some great people

Cons

The management can be a bit rude to employees. If you aren't a consultant, you usually arent treated fairly. The hours were cut dramatically because of unreachable sales.
