Treat you like your in used car sales!

Pros

Nice clean environment, you get to work around beautiful dresses all day. Very fair commission package if you have enough sales. Fun contests. Great benefits and very flexible with FMLA.

Cons

Want you to be pushy, pushy, pushy. You get ten questions if you do not sell a bride as she walks out the door, even written up. I was even told I sounded like a used car sales person... more then once! Busy season means no weekends off.

Pressure on Regional Managers Land on Store Managers

You will learn an organized sales process, with excellent documentation. You will learn an organized operation.

Cons

The regional and district managers are under severe performance pressure and they pass it along whether you deserve it or not. Even stores that are performing well can be "written up" if the DM thinks it will help her region.
