Pros
The pay was pretty good, but it was one of the hardest jobs I have every had. Really makes a difference who you work with and upper management. Very supportive customer service at home office to help deal with customer issues.
Cons
Hard to keep staff, much turnover due to high pressure sales and goals. Customers for the most part were extremely needed and many times rude and difficult to deal with due to nature of business. Long hours and emotionally exhausting.
