      Company has some great incentives for employees, there is a lot of talk about values, beliefs, and culture.

      Cons

      There is a lot of talk about values, beliefs, and culture that is not actually done in Nashville. Lot of micro management, too many people wanting to manage things that aren't their responsibilities. Leadership is often lacking or non existent, you only find out you broke the "rules" after the fact when no one told you the "rules," doesn't seem as if leadership has the backs of their employees and often undermines them. Cliques and favoritism is rampant.

      Political, small renovation jobs with few ground up, upper management is disconnected from field operations overloading other team members, horribly culture developing with people, high turnover, holding people accountable, and team communication

      Company culture preached was complete opposite of what was practiced. “Taking care of people” isn’t a priority now that the founders have left.
