Great Pay/Benefits - Horrible Work Life Balance

Great pay and benefits compared to other similar large general contractors.

Cons

Zero work life balance. Executive’s and Upper level management are so disconnected from what it takes to run project’s. Each project team has one or two very intelligent and experience personnel, but the rest are clueless.

They will say anything to get you in the door, but are no different than any other construction company. If you have other offers jump.

Declining in business and culture due to bad upper management

Good benefits, good work/life balance

Cons

Recent changes to the upper management has contributed to to toxic work environment. Vague about company status, upper management are out of reach and out of touch with employees. Turn over has increase and all the good people are leaving. Very low salary and bouneces compared to other GCs.
