Pros

Nice office space. Work from home/in-office balance is good.

Cons

Absolutely the worst technical environment I've ever been in. Nothing to recommend it to anyone who values career progression, putting previous year experience into practice or who thinks performing work-related tasks is more important than listening to colleagues talk about their private lives daily. Technology is stuck in the dark ages and are seemingly happy to be so despite the usual talk of wanting to progress. Utter lack of technical ability by anyone in the IT department means you're having to explain what a GUI is to an IT manager. Appalling place to work and cannot recommend this environment to anyone.

Cons

Due to the firm's size and global structure, decision-making is often centralised. This can make it challenging for individuals—especially those in junior or mid-level roles—to have a significant impact on firm-wide initiatives.
