Started off well but for such a large organisation it was a shambles in a lot of ways

Pros

Location, most of the people, good salary and benefits.

Cons

Long hours, badly treated staff during redundancy process, some of the partners are very rude to employees. It takes forever to get decisions on things and quite often feel like just a cog in the wheel.
