Aside from senior leadership, its a collection of quality individuals.

Pros

Nice offices, decent benefits and pay...especially in smaller markets. Strong Professional Development, solid staff, and decent colleagues.

Cons

Senior leadership (mutli-headed CEOs and COO/BB) does not care about anything other than their own careers, ego and bank accounts. Firm is too large to right the ship, which empowers them even more.

Pros

Great colleagues, interesting work, lots of contact with overseas offices (depending on practice group) market-level compensation.

Cons

Long hours, working with colleagues from other offices can be 'hit or miss'.
