Pros

The firm cares about its personnel, and it shows in almost everything it does. Benefits are excellent. Emphasis on pro bono and community service is genuine and encouraged.

Cons

It's Big Business, on a global scale. Lean (but not quite mean), with a tight budget, getting tighter every day.

Pros

The Staff works well together to support each other during demanding times.

Cons

Management moves staff around like pawns and does not nurture team work between staff and attorneys. They are also focused on growth in international markets before strengthening the US market.
