Pros

Global platform, entrepreneurial character and room for growth.

Cons

Politics, in-fighting and an eat-what-you-kill culture makes this a very large group of individual lawyers, rather than a streamlined global law firm.

Pros

The lawyers are great and seem approachable.

Cons

Management actively undermines any teambuilding efforts. Training is ineffective. Staff feel bullied and threatened. High turnover.

Pros

Nice work environment and great hours. Worked here for several hours and put in sometimes 80 hrs of overtime a week. They don't respect you for your hard work or dedication. Never got a single raise working here. When I was fired found a new job got a $25,000 raise I deserved.

Cons

Upper managements do not follow the rules of the company. Got fired because upper management did not want to follow our departments policies. He went above managements head and terminated me.
