Thank you so much for your review, each and every bit of feedback helps us to shape the way we are delivering changes to the business to make it a great place to work. I'm pleased you recognise the importance of Health & Safety and Quality. We know that the recent change to a rotating break schedule has not suited everyone, the increase in productivity from this alignment to manufacturing best practise has meant our service continues to improve to our customers and was the right thing to do for delighting our customers.
Communication is always the most challenging area to get right and we continue to work hard on this area through our weekly pulse meetings, engagement workshops and other forums. However, if you can also think of areas we can improve in this area, please do come and suggest ideas to us in HR.
