      Turn up you get paid! Beware of the positive reviews you see on here, they are quite clearly company propaganda!

      Too many to mention! Here are just a few - management, the structure, office staff, Human Resources, treatment of staff, cliques!

      Poor management. Too many managers not enough workers, it's an upside down pyramid here and staff massively overworked and definitely not listened too. If your face fits culture

      Our development of a strong and capable leadership team is a key focus for us, the reason why we have invested here is to ensure there is support for everyone. In our recent engagement survey we have seen that actually morale is higher than before with people seeing benefits to the improvement in leadership training and numbers. I am sorry to hear this hasn't impacted positively in your area. We are very keen to listen to everyone about how things are, if you don't feel heard please come and see us in HR and we can help you get your thoughts and feelings heard. Hopefully you also have one to ones each month to raise your concerns?
