      Pros

      The company really cares about its employees but also focuses on delivering for customers. There is a lot of change going on, but if you want to be involved you can. Managers listen, admit mistakes, and want us all to be part of making the changes happen. There are some amazing people here. Its great to feel part of what the future could look like.

      Cons

      Still some negativity about the changes needed. Some people don't want to change and rather than do anything about it just moan. Car parking is an issue, Would be great to move to a site where we all together.

      Thank you so much for leaving such a positive and constructive review. its great to also have a suggestion for improvement and we will review the food in the canteen as it may well be time for a change! Car parking is an issue and we know a big irritation and concern. We would love to all be based on one site in the future (with lots of car parking spaces!) . There really are some amazing people here, new and old and the DDD group has a very special culture that we have no intention of losing, just enhancing through our values and strategy work. A big focus is on Leadership development and by instilling a truly supportive coaching culture every employee will know the direction their career is taking and opportunities for development.
