      Pros

      DDD is an fantastic place to work. While the culture is exceptionally professional, it retains the personal touch that you would expect from a family owned business. It's staff are undoubtedly its greatest asset so commitment is given towards the care and development of every employee..

      Implementation of operational excellence programme to support companies strategy and future growth plans. Long term business relationships with diverse customer base. Plenty of opportunities for personal growth and development. Culture and Values key to companies success and important part of recruitment process. Flexibility for employees. Ability to make a significant impact on business.

      Cons

      Systems and Processes need to be made future ready and improve efficiency. Over reliance on knowledge of long serving employees rather than lean processes.
